Power Window Fuse fuse or rey location

So my power windows went the other day. I replaced the entire control and it did not help the situation. So where is the fuse or rely located at? I heard that I should check fuse #25 and it was good to go, is that even the one though?

Fuses and relays are under the hood right ahead of the battery.
