Alright, I stopped at $30 and it is almost full... I might stop and try to fill the last bit up on the way home from work. If it keeps doin it, I dont know what I'm gonna do. I will have to like, take off my bed to even get to the hoses.

you might try putting a hose down the neck see if maybe that little flap (that keeps people from stealing your gas) is stuck up or something? maybe Im not making sense?

However, this valve is non-serviceable and the tank must be replaced as a unit.

This is an issue with the vent in the neck had the same thing happen on my 2005 Durango and it was a big issue on durangos. Chrysler replaced it under warranty at around 100000 miles due to this known issue. They had to replace the whole fuel tank. Hope this helps you in your quest. If it only happened once and is not an issue on other pumps then it was probably the pump as I have had that happen in a small town before as well.

I have tried it at 3 diff gas stations...

So it's my vent, but I can't take it off because it doesn't have hose clamps on it, it's like a pressed fitting. So, you're saying that I have to replace my whole gas tank????

And I'm guessing I can't make the dealership do it under warranty, if I even have one? Dont know if the 100k warranty applies to me since I didn't buy it from one, It only has 66k miles on it.... I know my bf can put a tank in for me, but then I gotta find somewhere to buy one other than the stealership. Help :(

^^ LOL, me too, I am always buyin things off Ebay, but they only have a few used tanks that I'm finding, not any new ones. I don't really wanna have to buy a used one....

Could I replace just the filler neck and vent tube?

On my truck the only fix was to replace the tank as I think it must be connected. It was so awesome. Once fixed as I too had spent many attempts trying fill that basterd. I think the only way to get new is the dealership and if you buy online shipping is killer.

My assumption is it is 26 or 32 and more likely to be a 26 as they are standard.
