Problem with passenger tow mirror blinker?

Sooo i have a problem with my passenger tow mirror blinker. I can't tell if the light is out or if its a different issue. Here are two videos.

should i just get a new passenger side light? Factory Genuine Mopar RAM Right Side Mirror Turn Signal Lamp Light Lens New | eBay

or could it be something else? I would think that if the leds were going to go out they would completely go out.

Yup, it needs to be replaced. Mine did that and was replaced and worked fine afterwords. Then my other mirror LED signal light went out 6 months later and had that one replaced under warranty too. These LED signal lights are pieces of **** along with the puddle led lights and the overhead console map led lights. Actually, Chrysler must had gotten the cheapest **** quality LED lights they could find for our Rams. They are/were so bad that Chrysler (within this last year) redesigned both the LED turn signal and the puddle led lights. There's a note in the parts manual that tells the dealer that they are to be replaced in pairs due to the redesign....make sure they do that for you. One way to tell is that black outline on the LED lens....it's not there on the new redesigned ones.

^yep...just had this myself last month..passenger side went out but everything on drivers side worked fine..took it in to get fixed and was told they have to do both..cost about $150 for the parts
