Problems with this site - slow to load; failure to load, replies to posts problems.

For several months I've noticed: slow to load; failure to load, replies to posts problems, "Opps, we ran into a problem".

I'm currently, at a library and having these issues.

What's going on?

I have COX Cable for my TV, Landline Phone & Computer

My search engine seems to be slow to locate this forum, at least on Boot Up

But i think that part of that is because my laptop is quite old, maybe 10 years old
