Moes RAM

Hello dear RAM community,
I am Moe from Germany and drive here a RAM 2014 5.7l HEMI. Before that a 300C, a dodge RAM Van B250 1983 and a Ford F150.
Gasoline prices currently for a liter € 1.55. In comparison, a gallon would cost you $ 6.5.
This is not my problem with my RAM
My problem is this:
When I start my RAM in the morning, the control panel of the ventilation is off. I have to turn it on by hand. It is then always first on 71 degrees fahrenheit. The AC is also out.
If I turn off the engine and turn it on again, everything is off again. AC off and no ventilation. Only after switching on with the hand I have ventilation in the car again.
Can someone possibly tell me what the problem can be?
I can not find a way to change that.
nice would be that after starting the engine, the old values of the ventilation unit are again as they were before switching off.
Here in Germany I have not found anyone who can help me further.
I have to say that I have installed a heater, which is apparently connected to the BUS system. If the electrical system of the parking heater disconnected does not change unfortunately the problem.
EDIT: All fuses are good!
I would be very happy about one or the other help.
Greetings from Germany.
Moe.
