OEM projectors.
Do the projectors for the low beams change their pattern when high beams are activated?
Tonight when I put my highs on, which are still halogen, I could have sworn my HIDS in my lows got higher too.
Am I crazy?

There's a flap (I guess that's what I'll call it) that blocks the top half of the projector I believe. When brights go on that moves up out of the way and allows all the light to shine. Could be wrong though.

If the Oem projectors are the same as my bi-xenon projectors then the lows don't get brighter...when you hit the high beams, the cutoff shield drops which gives full beam from the hid. But the bulb itself does not get brighter.
