It seems to be a offset and backspacing issue. Even though its sort of the same thing, with rotor clearance that tight (most new things are) having a machined lip on the front of the wheel, typically puts the drop centre of the wheel inside the rear lip, rather than the front. This may be whats causing the clearance issue.
That being said, I'm surprised they don't come with 20's standard. But Dodge has been behind in the wheel game for a while, so its not shocking.
