Q about leveling kit

I’m installing 2.5” leveling kit and the top of the strut is abit angled, so with the kit on I will have to turn the strut 180°, will it still even out after reinstall on the truck? 08’ 5.7 4X4

I think I’m just gonna switch the strut sides between passenger and driver. Then it’ll be the same
