Nice Find. I like those, except would want an amber reflector on that side piece.
As for highbeams (IMO as I read it) you use the ones currently on the truck and if those are not HID, Who Cares!!

I dont know how inspection works but I wouldnt buy that combo, the heads are fine but those ebay hids are sketchy. Jeremy can tell you where to get a decent kit from.

Those headlights look like the ones in my truck and as for the hi/lo there will be a little halogen bulb attached to the hid bulb which will come on when you turn highs on and the hid bulb will go off. However the hid bulb is 5 times brighter then the little halogen bulb so your lo lights will be brighter then your highs

Yeah, I'm thinkin the HID kits off Ebay are sketchy too... They have the headlights for like $70 shipped to your door, which is a really good deal. I would just paint my own headlights but they have a small crack and condensation builds up in em, I think yall are right. lol, it seems like a good deal, but often times then most, when it seems too good to be true, it probably is LOL. Thanks for gettin back to me so quick guys :)

I would just get the lights and find a better hid kit.

looks like this is cared for.

:D

Get some heads, then go to Todd for your HIDs. HIDExtra may work quite well........but, I like to buy from people who's customer service is awesome. That would be Todd! I've read some nasty stuff about a few other companies.

I've purchased HID's off eBay and haven't had any problems with them. I put them in my fog lights and don't even use my headlights anymore. I still get people flashing my like my hi beams are on.
The HID's I have in the fog lights are the 8000
