Maybe I am having a moment here but here goes anyways. I own a 2014 Ram 1500. Just had a new Fob programmed like a week ago. When I drive my truck, after a certain speed, all 4 doors are supposed to lock, correct? Now, are they supposed to be locked from inside or just the outside? I noticed the master switch when I press "Lock", it is locking all the doors but from the inside, when I am driving along, I can open the doors still. Is that like a safety feature so incase of a roll over or something, that the occupants can get out from the inside, even though they are locked? So I guess what I am asking is, would all 4 doors be locked from the outside but can be opened from the inside, even when they are locked? Never really noticed whether its been like that all along or not.
