Could anyone tell me if I could put any UAS radio in my 2018 Ram? I cant find a replacement for that exact model anywhere.

Verified USA Ram UAQ and UAS PNs:
2018/19 classic 4th Gen Ram Radio: (USA)
68331631Ax (UAQ 4c Nav)
or 68331635Ax (UAS 4c non-nav)
2020 classic 4th Gen Ram Radio: (USA)
68461703AB (UAS 4c non-nav)
... The last 2 letters don't generally matter, AD, AE, AK, etc... just avoid an AA version as some are engineering samples.
Forum vendor AllMoparParts (Benny) cab order you a new one if needed,
or you can search LKQ, Car-Part, Schram Auto, or a local salvage yard yard. Any of the 4th gen 2018/2019-21 'classic' Ram 8.4 radios should work (usa or Canada technically), other Chrysler products may or may not work and 2019+ 5th Gen 8.4 radios have their own issues.
