Radio Cell favorites keep dropping off

Does anyone have an issue with the radio (8.4) dropping off the Cell phone favorites? I look them up on screen when phone is connected bluetooth. They stick for a while, but then after few weeks or so, there gone, back to empty slots.

Could it be associated with the Uconnect dropping the stored radio/SXM presets? This is still happening with my Ram.

@gofishn ha ha ha... u funny. Unfortunately this has been going on for months.

@Roper46 Could be, however i dont have any problems on radio side - presets. Its just when i add a favorite, it sticks for few weeks / month. Then reset.
