I recently purchased a 2019 Ram Laramie with 35,000 miles. When I first bought it I noticed the radio volume would randomly spike for a second here and there. I brought it in to service and they updated the radio. I now see several issues.

The phone screen will randomly drop my preset contacts.

The climate control will vary discharge temperature when in auto.

I cannot program garage door openers 1&3.

It randomly won't connect or takes up to 2 minutes to connect with my phone's Bluetooth.

I will still notice a random spike in the radio volume, just not as loud.

The other day I pulled over for a phone call, after idling for about 15 minutes, the hazard lights came on and were unresponsive to the hazard button. The tire pressure screen came up on the display. I had to turn off the truck and restart it to stop it.

My high beams will only manually operate when the headlight switch is in the "on" position. I tend to leave my headlight switch in the "auto" position. In settings I turned off the auto dimming high beams, but still can't get them to work while the switch is in auto.

Any ideas?

I also have a few smaller issues like the upper glovebox light staying on and the tailgate saying it's open unless shut hard and a random window switch being unresponsive for a second on occasion.

Hope it's still within the 36,000 mile warranty. None of it sounds good. I use auto-dim, so I'm not familiar with it off. Good luck!

I purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty, so I'm good to 100k. I think the hardest part will be reproducing the issues for the dealer. Some things like the radio volume I have on video. The service guy wasn't able to get the high beams to come on while the switch was in auto. They had me verify the auto dim feature worked (which I was able to verify last night), but even with the option turned off, still can't manually turn them on

Turn your headlights on AUTO & lay something over the clear bubble in the center of your dash board
Your headlights should come on
That clear dome senses tunnels, dense overhead trees, & when the Sun sets

I drive with a wide mouth bottle cap covering that clear bubble
My lights are always on when the Ignition is On

Turn off the Radio Volume with speed thingy
who ever thought your speed should control the radio volume must think people drive with their windows open
