Radio won’t play on acc

Have 2022 ram …8 in screen….hemi….radio will not play on acc….if parked have to start truck for radio to play…on acc get blank screen with error reading.

I have same issue. I contacted Ram Care. They stated that the radio won't play on ACC.
I have to push the start button 2 times quickly with foot off the brake. This is RUN START. But with foot off brake, of course engine won't start. But all my electronics work. If you don't press 2 times fairly quickly,, the error message pops up and you have to shut everything off and start over.. I ave seen this same problem brought up in other discussions. Seems wrong to me, but it does work.
