ram 1500 2006 mods suggestions?

i have a 1500 2006 4x2 5.7 hemi quad cab it has 432000 km i want to add some boost or hp but i dont know what to add and what dont, i been reading different posts of cold air intake some say it work others that doesnt ,so go ahead and drop your suggestions and if you have some pics better(it used to be my dads truck no accidents , new transmission 6 months ago and engine overhaul 1 year ago so basicall the engine its like new)

just my opinion but with that many miles continue with your dad's maintenance routine and hopefully you'll get several more 100K out of the truck. Trying to make more HP just seems like asking for problems.
