I have 2020 Ram 1500 Classic Warlock and the roof skin had to be replaced after I bought the truck because the carrier dented the panel.
I was noticing a rattle where the headliner attaches the to the roof so before I take it into the dealer for repair, I believe they didn't apply or reused the old adhesive to attach it to the roof, I wanted to confirm whether there is a trim piece that goes between the headliner and the windshield.
When they dropped the headliner to replace the skin, I'm not sure if it was removed, if it existed. I've attached a picture of what I'm talking about. The trim would cover the edge of the headliner. Right now it's just a rough edge.
3 possibilities:
1. The headliner is correct
2. The trim is missing
3. The headliner should be "tucked" under and rolled to make it look smooth.
If someone can check their headliner on a similar model I would appreciate it.
