I got itit aligned at the garage but since then when i hit 90 100km/h it starts to shake and when I turn its way worst! the stearing wheel shakes and the truck too!! what could do that? it wasnt doing that before but I changed the wheels and tires (tires are at their last summer not much rubber left ! almost like sleeks)

How much air are you running in your tires? Too much could cause issues like your describing. Or if they're not balanced properly.

If it just started after doing a bunch of work to it, make sure it is all right. Make sure everything it tight, bearing and tie rods seated properly. It you just put on a set of old tires, make sure none of them have lumps. Tires can go bad and get lumpy. Jack it up and doing the tire. Watch closely for it being out of round.

Did you check the rear mount under the transmission? There could be a bearing somewhere as well.

Just because the hub was new does not mean it was good. Would be double work, but you could swap the hub with the other side hub and see if it travels. I would only do this if all the other suggestions of re-checking the install does not show anything obvious.

If it's worse after the new parts you need to go back and reinspect the work to make sure everything is right.
