I have a 2011 ram 1500. Anyways after having a separate issue fixed, I noticed that I cannot turn on the ac or recirculate air. It also stays on the feet vent (regardless of where the dial is set), and also getting some weird stuff with the radio. Could this be a fuse issue? And if so, which fuse(s) should I check? The diagram in the book doesn’t match what I see in my actual fusebox

Would one of the testers/readers like they use in auto stores/dealers show if the issues is in the actual hvac system vs a fuse? (Sorry for the dumb question, I have the mechanical aptitude of a snail)

I doubt it. The cheap ones usually only do engine and trans.

Thank you for your offer. It turns out a fuse was loose, and I was able to fix it.

I have noticed after fixing the loose Fuse, the fans and everything works like it should, except the ac doesn’t blow cold anymore, is it possible something got messed up when the fuse was loose? It was working fine until the fuse came lose.
