RAM letter on the tailgate

Hello,
A short one, my 2015 Ram 1500 has the small bighorn emblem at the tailgate. Which model or option comes with the ********* RAM letters?
I cannot get an answer for this.

Which model or option comes with the ********* RAM letters?

The RAM letter tailgate came out for the 2016 model year and was on either the Laramie and/or Limited trim models.
