Ram owner from Indiana. Ready for some knowledge from other owners. I Have a 2014 1500 Hemi

I have a 2014 1500 Hemi. Yesterday when I turned off and we got out, it started jumping forward in park mode and without the keys in the ignition. I had remove the battery terminals to make it stop. Any ideas what this could be? I can drive the vehicle.
