I don't usually write reviews but I had an exceptional experience working with Quintin at UConnect Case Management to resolve the issues I was having with the 8.4 UConnect system in my truck. I had the issues with the screen delaminating and sporadic malfunctioning of the unit and reached out to @RamCares on this forum. I had to take the truck to my local dealer service center to have it diagnosed (everything has to be documented after all) but once that was done and I got in touch with Quintin, he swiftly snapped into action. He coordinated with the service center on everything regarding the replacement of the unit all I had to do was make the appointment. He was also very good about keeping in touch with me and making sure everything was satisfactory. I also have to say I'm very satisfied with the results, the new unit works perfectly. Thanks very much Quintin and @RamCares I really appreciate it.
