So did you go with one muffler or two? Did it fit pretty well? Really thinking of going with one of these myself but I noticed on the web site they sell a single muffler and dual muffler kit.
really more of a question of do you need one muffler or two? a stock ram exhaust set up has one huge muffler and 1 or 2 resonators depending on tail pipe option.

2019 1500 Classic Hemi. Stock muffler replaced with Flowmaster 40 series. Factory resonators still in place.

16' Ram 1500, ARH 1 3/4" LT's and cats, Corsa catback.

Cold start @ 35*, WAY too loud now with headers.

Borla Touring on order, will update once I swap the catbacks.

Thinking about going with the totalflow 14" magnaflow knockoff. Currently running the 18" magnaflow bolt in (actual magnaflow kit) and it sounds ok, but its just lacking in overall sound. Was curious if anyone had gone that route on here. Or if anyone with the mufflex 14" kit have any long term reviews/updates.

Hey there, yeah well, just put mufflex 18in single on my 4.7 last week. I think the drone is real bad in cab. Tech line at mufflex says not likely ! It is all relative to personal preference !

2011 Ram 1500 hemi, factory dual, added a 24" Mufflex many years ago, only a small amount of drone at 1600-1700 ish rpm on the highway when towing and lugging the motor. I now have motor changes and a custom HF tune. I am now forced to run a stock muffler due to drone.

Many of these exhaust set ups here sound great. Do any of them not drone? I like the sound of the Borla touring set up, does anyone know if it drones? I probably should have added a resonator before my muffler with the 24" Mufflex, and tried it before going back to stock.

a little update to my exhaust system this summer
replaced the 2.5" chinese chokemasters with 3" dynomax race bullets
no more bends in the midpipes! from the x in front to the race bullets and oem bumper exit nothing but straight pipe!
factory manifolds and cats. absolutely love the sound! could be considered excessively loud but its just right for me. its the sound this truck deserves! with the double cherry bombs/super 10 style it was very reserved. sounded good but not crazy very old man style.
with this set up you will have kids and single moms running for cover in no time! :roflsquared:
if you dont drive like a sasshat in town you will be fine but it could easily be obnoxious if you have poor judgement.
on the open road its something else, absolutely roaring and thundering around through everywhere, i cant get enough of it...:patriot:
