Im looking at lifting my 06 2500 megacab 4x4 using a 3inch coilspacer and 4" zone lift kit. But for the rear lift i want to use air bags to acheive 4" in the rear this way i can use the air to lift the rear up for everyday but if i need to lower the bed to put stuff in it or dump stuff out i can. Ive been looking around and cant seem to find a kit that specifically says it is for lifting the rear or how many inches. The kelderman kit is very nice but cant find a price on them not to mention it is more lift than i want and very expensive from what i hear. Any help out there is appreciated.

I spent many hours researching this for my 2007 and was only able to find one company, Kelderman and they are ridiculously expensive. Not only is the hardware expensive, but there are very few that carry it and they also want to install it themselves. Mega bucks. Might be why you mostly see those kits on show trucks and famous peoples rides. This might be something that if you are serious about you might have to find someone that can fab something up for you. That is about the only conclusion I could come up with. I figure a shop that already bags trucks to lower them will be able to come up with something, I mean you can use the same concept right???

I agree. should be able to be a fab by those guys lowering stuff also. Ill have to look into it since i can't justify spending kelderman level money. Thanks for the input.

I was also wondering if anyone has the air lift 5000 on their truck and if it gave them anylift when unloaded. I dont see why it wouldnt.

have you checked these guys out I was thinking about this for my mega cab along with getting the rough country 5" lift with drop brackets. I bet the ride on road would be unbeatable. Dealer_E-Mail_Ad_120409
