So Consumer Reports has come out with the results of reliability in vehicles again this year and Ram didn't do so good.
Buick becomes first U.S. brand to crack top 3 reliability rankings by Consumer Reports
You have to read down a ways to get to the FCA part.
I am so happy with mine and I'm wondering what issues they are finding. I have been thinking about not buying an extended warranty but if I have issues in the future to look forward to I feel maybe I should reconsider the warranty. Some complaints I see that keep coming up are dealer services areas and their inability to make the customers happy.
Is a warranty a good idea if issues can't be taken care of? Are people really seeing reliability issues or is this just CR hype?
Sorry for the long post but I tend to worry about high repair bills and a story like this really get me thinking.
