Remote start auto on heated seats not on?

I remote start every morning, cold here. A few times this week I got in and the seats and steering wheel hear wasn't on. I double checked the settings in the radio and they were set to on. Only thing that has changed is I updated the radio firmware recently. Anyone else noticing this ?

How cold has it been? The setting turns them on in "cold weather". There have been some mornings that I thought it was cold, but apparently the Ram didn't think so. As best I can tell, it has to be 39F or colder (according to the external temp display) for them to come on.

Well it was -20 C last night so either my truck is slow or something is amiss.

They definitely should have come on. I would take it back to the dealer.

Agreed.
Try a reset of the factory head unit. Push in both the volume and channel change knobs. It will reset after a few seconds of holding it.
See if that helps then get back to us.

There was a setting in the EVIC that needs to be set on mine.. Something about comfort controls.

Mine have not been on, or been on when I don't want them....I have not taken the time to see how the memory works. If they are on and I don't want them, I turn them off and vis versa. Now if you CANT turn them on or off........well......you know what to do.
