Guys, I need advice. I’ve been going crazy with a P0308 code. I’ve it had it at two different mechanics and have put out over 500.00 to get it diagnosed and fixed, but it keeps coming back. They have checked the valve train (cam, lifters, valve springs) all was good, they moved the coil to #6 as well as the fuel injector, changed the spark plugs, valve cover gasket, checked manifold vacuum and yet it comes back within 50-200 miles. When driving it you cannot tell that there is anything wrong, or that it has had any misfires. So I can’t spend much more on it without the wife filing for divorce.....jk I’m thinking maybe the ECM needs an upgrade or replacement. Any help would be appreciated

How many miles on the truck? If it’s high mileage could be early stages of cam failure.
