Any good suggestions for a fix? Aside from taking it to a body shop. No idea what happenend its a clean split with no evidence of anything hitting it.

That looks like the plastic part of the bumper. New one is in order if I am right.

You can *try* super glue/crazy glue. It's not gonna be more than a bandaid but it should hold it together and hide the nastiness until you can get the piece replaced. I'm not a fan of urethane part repairs. They usually fail sooner than later.

if you can take piece off use a product called Q-BOND it looks cheezy and like it wont work but the stuff rocks most auto parts stores have it just apply to back of it and if you do it right you shouldn't be able to see much also its really strong

It can be plastic welded or epoxied, but then still needs sanding, priming, and painting. That part isn't that expensive to buy. Its the painting that costs, and you'll have to spend that anyway. If the rest of the truck is clean I'd just get the part and have it painted.

I just went thru it on my '14 sport bumper cover.

Might be able to find a whole bumper for cheap from someone that's selling due to adding an HD bumper.
