Replace head gasket and valve seals, now abundance of codes.

Hi,

I replaced my valve seals (also the valve cover gaskets) and removed my heads in order to do so easier. While the heads were off I replaced my head gaskets as well. Everything seemed to go well and my truck runs fine now after reassembly, but I have a ton of codes. I have driven about 30 mins and have erased the codes numerous times but they all remain present.
p0480 - cooling fan relay
p0403 - EGR circuit malfunction
p0406 - EGR position sensor circuit high
p0113 - intake air temp circuit high input
p0108 - manifold absolute pressure sensor circuit high
p0123 - throttle position sensor/accelerator position pedal circuit high input

Check your grounds, especially if you removed a ground wire when you pulled the heads.
