That stimulus and taxes just keep on giving back and the truck needs some refreshing so I’m starting on the suspension.

Complete:
Zone UCAs
Bilstein 5100s (@2.8)
Supreme Suspension sway bar endlinks
Moog front sway bar bushings
Icon +1.5” rear springs
Fox +3” “Adventure” shocks
Helwig rear sway bar
Teraflex +2” sway bar endlinks

Coming soon:
Eibach Pro lift springs (front)
Clayton Off Road rear UCA/LCAs
Clayton Off Road Panhard bar
Moog front lower control arms
Moog outer tie rods

I’m pretty sure I’ve covered nearly everything in the suspension. If I’ve missed anything let me know (might do some Core rear sway bar endlinks, but who knows).

Besides Core4x4, what other options do we have for rear sway bar endlinks?

I noticed something crazy when I looked over your front end pictures which I'm liking where you're headed with your build.

Susupension Maxx changed their directions and pictures for these end links. When I saw yours I thought dang I don't remember setting mine like that. So I look up the current links on their website and the installation instructions and I say to myself I know I didn't get those directions.

Anyways I keep all my papers from any installations and parts and mine are completely different with the bottom facing another 45 degrees from where yours are at, but the new directions yours are correct.

Wonder if they changed the link or just changed the directions. LOL

Hellwig makes rear adjustable end links.

I went with Core4x4 because they're beast and the powdercoating is beautiful and holds up through the winters.

I saw other members here use them as such as well. It’s in the instructions as to orientation and I believe there may have a been a redesign as you mentioned.

I tried them one way (by the instructions) with the links and sway bar loosely hooked up and even there was the potential for binding issues . . . even sitting loosely. So I rotated the links 180* and there we go, designed/installed and used as intended.

I agree - mine aren't very old and the rubber is already splitting and the PC is flaking off. Go with the Core's - I'm already hedging towards a replacement on mine.

You only need +1's in your case if you're doing the Core sway bar links. $130
Teraflex 1754500 will be +1 links. $62 and you only need to buy 2 longer bolts (M12x1.50x70) to replace the factory ones. Half price for the same function. they're not as thick as the Core ones though but are thicker than the stockers. i've had both, i have Core +2 now, and only because TF doesn't have those links in 13 1/4 long :) first time i've had to pay more than $100 for damn saw bar links (Spmaxx and Core)
I have no issues paying that much for adjustable links, these are just links for crying out loud, that's that's our aftermarket in action for us hahahaha.

TF 1754500 links vs stockers. That's the factory bolt you need to replace with a bit longer ones.

Rear UCA/LCAs and Panhard bar just arrived. Gonna be a sec to get under the truck with this weather here in TX this weekend. Just need sway bar endlinks and the rear will be complete (and quick to do).

When do you need the bar with the bend in it?

So with 8” lift and an aftermarket rear diff cover would it be good to get the bend?

I’m no expert, but I think it definitely couldn’t hurt.

The bend was for the lowered guys not the lifted. The bend for the JT has already been stated to clean the 37” tire.
