A year or two ago, (can't recall) I installed a large screen Tesla style Android based radio. Had always been a bit buggy, in that every once in awhile the amp would cut off and no sound was present. Sometimes it would come back on after a few minutes, sometimes not for hours. It finally went bat**** crazy last week, causing all kinds of issues with the truck. I reinstalled the REN unit, and everything started settling down.
Now, I'm looking for an alternative to the REN, ideally one that has both Car Play, and an actual volume knob.
If you've installed something, and it's been rock solid, I'd like to hear about it!
