Rocket arm play

So just rebuilt the top half. Lifters cam ,pushrods . I noticed there is some side to side play in the some of the lifters . No up and down just side to side like the video. All push rods appear to be seated correctly and the bolts torqued to 16ft lbs from the inside out. I spun motor by hand a bunch and seems to be spinning normal

Does this look normal to you?

There is no engine oil yet in system . Lifters have not been pumped up.

You put the right lifters in the right hole? mds lifters in mds holes etc. Looks like one is non mds hole so I dont know why that is. how to cam bible.
