Rough Idle and truck won't go over 25MPH sometimes

I have a 2003 ram 2500 5.7 Hemi 4X4. I am having a problem I can't figure out and am looking for some advice. It has 130,000 miles on it. The problem I am having is sometimes when I start the truck it idles really rough and won't move when I hit the accelerator. Almost seems like water is in the gas. However when I do get it going, it won't go over 25 MPH. When Imshut the truck off, and let it sit for a minute, I start it up again and it runs fine. Mthismproblem doesn't happen all the time. It is sporadic. I can go a month with no issues, then in a week it will happen 4 or 5 times.

Any suggestions on where to look would be appreciate. Thought it might be a bad catalytic Convertor, but not sure.

sounds like throttle body. Mine has done that a handful of times the 10 years i've owned it but usually shutting it off and restarting it resets it and it runs fine. You probably don't have to let it sit when you cut it off just turn it completely off and restart usually resets it. Does the little red lightning bolt ever flash when it does this?

Should I replace the throttle body? How difficult,of a job is it? Thank you for helping me out with this
