Rust proofing inner roof skin

I’m getting ready to patch a spot on my cab roof outer skin. I can see surface rust on the upper and lower roof skins. Is there a spray with a multidirectional spray nozzle and a hose that I can get in there to neutralize the rust?

I used Eastwoods internal frame coating in mine. It comes with a multi directional spray tube that is about 18" long.
