Sad day..

Let go of my rt yesterday. Had to due to just tired of the high payment I had and other financial reasons. Got the wife a sonata and I have taken the 2016 express ram crew cab she had. It just made more sense and she could never get use to feeding it gas constantly. Express is getting a full interior detail today so I will post up some before afters. Only plans for this truck are lowering, pedal commander and line x. Not gonna mod it to much after I dumped a ton of money in the rt only to trade it in. Here’s one more pic of my rt.

Sorry to hear you had to get rid of the RT. Most of us have experienced times when finances come first. Glad you still have a nice truck to to drive.

Thanks man. Had we not had the express I could have not went through with it. I rode in the sonata and theirs no way I want a car lol

Yep, OP, sorry to hear but at least you're still in a Ram...so, if you don't mind, could you tell us where your R/T will be sitting for sale? Sounds like somebody might get a deal!

I know this feeling well. I sold my high school car, a ‘75 Pontiac Trans Am, to get the down payment for my recent Ram purchase. Hurt like hell to do it but it had to be done.

I went through the same situation back in January 2017, I had the 2016 Stinger Yellow Sport Crew and the payment was just killing me. I ended up trading it for a car which I hated, but the payment was easy. To get back into a RAM I ended up trading the wife's Charger to get my '17 Lone star.

I know it sucks and all, at least you have another RAM to drive.

Mmmmm, nope! The best Hyundai in the world isn't a Ram R/T.

By the time you take the depreciation hit, it would have probably been cheaper to keep the R/T.

Did you at least take off some of the mods?? That's why I kept all the original parts I have modded. Just in case.. lol The lady is mad I still have everything in the garage.

Nope. Everything is on their. I have no room in the garage. If anyone on forum wants a nice starting platform it’s their ready to go

Bummer you had to get rid of you RT but you have to do what is the right thing to do Your wife will like her Hyundai alot. My daughter had a Elantra and now TUCSON , Good cars,, And later when cash flow is better you will get a new RT Best to you and yours

Thanks for the positive words man. Sonata actually runs pretty good. Drove it earlier. I’m hoping by the time I’m ready to buy a truck it’s a new srt or hellcat truck. Wishful thinking lol
