This is the first time I'm seeing this light on my Dash says Service 4 wheel drive does anyone know what's involved here I've got a hundred and forty-three thousand miles now

Will it shift into 4x4? Any indicator lights flashing? It's likely the front diff actuator. A scanner is a huge help.

Un hook battery/reset and see if it works. Also Mine will do this sometimes if i have to many keys on my key chain/to much weight on the ignition il be driving and it will say serv 4wd i restart and all is good normally.
