I finally got my lowering kit done and I'm looking at the KYB KG54308 rear shocks. From what I've read the bushing aren't the right size for our trucks. Anyone know what bushings I need to get and where to order them from?

Not sure the ID of your KYB bushing bolt holes, however the stock ram shock bolts are 9/16” and the width of the shock mounts are 1 5/8”
Maybe as simple as pressing in the appropriate metal sleeve into the existing bushing
Lots of us did that with the 1st offering of QA1 rear shocks
You may have to phone KYB to find out if they have replacement bushings that can be changed with a 9/16” shock bolt hole that fits your existing eyelet, however a lot of manufacturers don’t have a lot of interchangeability between bushings

I used kyb monomax #s565038 and 565127 for a belltech 2/4. I switched to the gasajust after trying the belltech nitro. Used stock replacement for the front and kg5420 for rear. I ordered the54308 and the bushing was too small, ended up sending them back, they were also a bit shorter.

So those rears are a direct fit? Also I'm down in the rear about 5 1/2"

They were for a 4inch drop, same size as the monomax I had before. Not sure how itd work with lowered an extra 1.5 inches
