2014 Ram 1500 CC 4x4 with 114k miles. When towing the 21ft toy hauler, the rear of the truck would sag a bit. I installed a set of Air Lift bags inside the factory coils years ago. The Air Lift units worked well to reduce the sag of the truck's rear end while towing. Scored a brand new set of Simco 351-893HD rear coil springs for the truck. These coils are manufactured with a larger coil bar stock; Simco coil diameter is .665" vs. the factory coils at .590". There are several Youtube videos showing removal of the factory coils and installation of the Simco units. This was very easy. Remove the 4 bolts that hold the anti-sway bar, 15mm bolts. Remove the bottom bolt holding the shocks on, 21mm bolts. Jack up the truck from the back frame to relieve pressure on the rear coils. Coils then lift out. Install the new coils and that is about it. Nice. Did you put the air bags back in? Link to springs?

I have air bags in the OEM coils now, but have been thinking about upgrading the springs also.

The red section is for smooth ride. Coils close together.
The Yellow section is for carrying heavier loads.Simco truck springs.jpeg
