That probably works better than sticking the seafoam hose into the air nozzle I have but it works. Honestly I think getting the hose into the drain cleared whatever was there, I had no dirt come out the drains on the outside. I had two of the 8 drain holes clogged with some lube. There are 4 sets of two drain holes. Pics to follow. That cover I was pointing to is the lead to the defroster on the sliding window. The cover trim I pointed to is double sided taped on and you never to be pretty careful removing it. You cannot get a good look at the driver side with it on. Maybe you don't have the defroster and thats why you didn't mention it.
Thats the difference, I don't have the rear defroster...
