Slt guage cluster in st

Does anyone know if the slt 2500 guadge cluster wil work in the st or sxt or do you need a pcm flash from dodge

There are multiple clusters. Are you talking about the smaller 3 inch cluster, or the 7 inch multi view? Moreover, are you talking about 2500 to 2500 or 2500 to 1500 ? either way, to answer your question, yes, you'll need a flash, i anything to set your MILEAGE, and VIN.

The only thing that needs to be flashed is to correct the mileage, nothing to do with the VIN. Some have bought a cluster and waited till the mileage was close/same and swapped them out.
Looks like you have a CTD, you'll need to find one for a diesel. Specifically the Cummins, the EcoDiesel version shows a higher redline (by 1000 rpms)

As stated above there is no dealer flash needed. This is a common upgrade in the 13 and up Rams. The dealer cannot adjust the mileage on the cluster. In most cases people buy a cluster with more miles and wait for the mileage to match and switch them out. If you can't find one with the mileage you need you can have it adjusted. I belive the company that does it is TVandNav2go I think.

If you need the milege adjusted Pro Speedo in Calgary can do it. He's not cheap though,cost me $400.00 to have the milege adjusted when I did the cluster swap on my old 13.

The cheaper way is to find one with few miles more than you have actually.

I've gone that way. Mine had 5000 km more than mine truck. I had to wait few month, I kept the tool in my truck and when I reached the same millage I stop and made the swap on the go ( I took less than 5 minutes ).

So it cost me the price of the cluster only ( 90$ )
