Soft reset of the Uconnect 8.4/RA4?

Somehow I can't play any more the SD card. Change the SD card. Same problem.
Otherwise everything else is fine.

How to perform a soft reset for the Uconnect 8.4/RA4?

Push the volume and browse buttons simultaneously until the radio reboots. It could possibly be a bad Media Hub.

Thanks! Soft reset worked.

However I still have the problem with the SD card. It plays it but doesn‘t respond then to fast forward or change track etc...Everything else radio, Nav works.
