Software for 430N for 2011 RAM Sport

Hello - I recently deleted the software updates for my radio, rather than simply deleting the paired devices that was my original goal. Since then, I now cannot pair any new devices, and I am getting an error to connect a "USB Mass Storage Device" with the software updates.

I called the dealership, and they don't know what this is. They want to look at it, but I know they are going to tell me to replace the radio. I have done research that it's simply a file that I can put on a USB drive or CD, but I can't find the file.

Does anyone know where to find the file, so that I don't have to go to the dealership?

Thank you very much! That is helpful. I was able to get the bluetooth working again today, but hopefully this will get the error message to go away.
