Solid Fog Light Covers/Bezels

I put a new front bumper on my 2014 Ram 1500 Tradesman. The new bumper has the fog light cutouts, which I don't plan to use. I thought I had seen a cover I could get for them so it's not just a blank hole, but now can't find it. Anyone know if they exist and if so where to get them? Thanks!

There are OEM covers for the tow hook holes, but I've never heard of covers for the fog light holes.

The best covers you could find would be...fog lights! Maybe trade for a bumper without cutouts?
