Hey guys got a 2011 4wd sport with bilstein 5100 out front cranked and a 1.5" rear pa coil spacer. I was thinking about a 4" lift prob the rcx or rancho...... any thoughts??? i've read alot about the rcx kit and i even spoke with them .....i'm a little confused. Will i have to turn down the bilsteins and remove the rear coil spacer. Will i have to move my exhaust up even with a 1.25" bl, i knw u do with 3" bl. Some help or ideas thx

All body lifts you need to adjust exhaust

I am getting ready to do the same lift. You will want to keep the Bilstens to complete the leveling of your truck. I would assume that with a 1 1/2" spacer in the rear your truck still has a rake? My understanding is that you won't quite get level with just the lift. I also believe that you will be able to keep your spacers and keep your Bilstens at either 2.1 or 2.8 depending on how much rake you want to maintain and how much stress you want to put on your cv's. You may even get more lift all cranked up.

I don't know if you would need to move your exhaust with the 1.25" body lift, but I bet you would want to with the 3". Plus I remember reading that you might need to cut some type of small hole or slot in your rear bumper for the lift. You will also see more of your hitch as it is connected to the frame and you are moving the body and bumper up 3". I had the body lift on my old Durango and it was a more ecinomical way of getting some lift but the hitch and exhaust just bugged me. I did replace the rear tip with a bigger unit and it filled the gap much better.

I have the 3" bl on top of a 6" suspension and I don't think the hitch looks out of place at all compared to the bumper. The new rams actually hide the BL's very well. As in the way it rides, any time you add height it'll impact your ride negatively. My performance accessory body lift didn't affect the ride as much as I thought it would though and hasn't given me any problems after about 7k miles and some abuse haha

I have a 3 inch body lift right now with gap guards and it hides it well, I had to get some exhaust work done to make it look good though, but I was going to cut my resonators outanyways, im thinking about getting a suspension lift and im not too sure on how it will ride though
