Spark Plugs

I have a 2012 Ram 1500 4x4 with 5.7 Hemi. At my parts store they list 2 different plugs. NGK LZFR5C-11 ($4.79 each special order) and NGK 92174 $4.99 each in store).

Maybe a stupid question but aren't these plugs the same? Thanks.
