Speedometer bouncing

So after my truck has been parked for 4 days due to Hurricane Florence, we finally get a break in the weather. I run out to the store and noticed my speedometer is bouncing while accelerating. It bounces up about 2 mph each time. I’m going to try and link a video. Can anyone help me out here? It a 2014 2500 ctd 4x4. I have no lights one except the low tire light.

To me it looks more like the report rate from the sensor is too slow for the acceleration happening, so I would trouble shoot in that area. Does it "bounce" or move around while going a constant speed? If no then more pointing too report rate not right, if yes then perhaps a wire is loose, bare, or bad connection, corroded, ... did the truck sit in water during the hurricane?

If it is not the stock tuning I would start with putting the stock tune on and test again.

All part of the trouble shooting process.

It only bounces when in accelerating. It came be accelerating fast or slow. The truck is completely stock. Truck didn’t sit any kind of water. The rain was coming down sideways. Where would I look for the report rate? Is there a sensor for that or is that known as the wheel speed sensor? If it is the wheel speed sensor where would that be?? It that the same as the abs speed sensor? I’m lost when it comes to this part.
