I hope to find some insight here ...
I have a 2014 Big horn, RAM 1500 - My speeometer screen keeps blacking out (the center console) where the speed, and truck info is displayed..
My dealer has replaced it 3 or 4 times.
They claim RAM / DODGE keeps sending them broken consoles - They claim all 2014 consoles have issues, and each one they send will keep blacking out..
I find it suspicious that EVERY SINGLE 2014 screen keeps blacking out - and they are replacing them! My speedometer screen now has a few scratches ( it looked perfect ) so I know they are doing.. But nothing is working?
My friend told me to contact OMVIC and complain, because of the treatment they have given me.
They keep saying how much money they spend to fix my truck, but i have a warranty? I told them - thats what happens - you are a dealer, and you pay for the fix, thats what a warranty is.
But my warranty is running out soon.. and im getting worried!
