Spyder Lights issues

Well my new to me 15’ Ram came with a set of spyder headlights in it. And I’ve started having trouble out of them. I lost the drivers side low beam first. And got in contact with Spyder and they agreed to send me a new harness. After replacing the bulb didn’t fix this. And now I seem to have lost my passengers side low beam bulb also. The rest of the headlights still work all the LEDS, Halo rings and high beam bulbs work perfect. I’m nearly ready to put my factory lights back in from my old 1500 and call it a day.

Are you getting an bulb out errors?

What type of bulbs (halogen, led, hid) and size are you using?

Did you use a can us adapter or antiflicker?

Does it just not turn on when you turn on you truck? Don't turn on your truck, just turn on the lights and see if they come on.

The Bulbs a H1 it’s the replacement for the Spyder original. And this is the harness that came with the headlights. It’s off the website. Although it looks the same as when I changed the changed the drivers bulb the other day.
