Hello everyone this is my first time using a forum but I really need some help I got a 2012 ram 1500 5.7 and I have a issue on start up the truck will start fine but when it idles it idles pretty high and when I put it in drive it take pretty much the whole pedal to get it to move and once I take my foot off the pedal it seems like it wants to die and I’m not sure if this is part of it but when accelerating onto a freeway the throttle goes in and out like it’s loosing signal I’ve checked it with a computer and the throttle body is fine but the pedal is acting like it’s giving a bad signal I’m not sure if it has anything to do with the start up issue but I can’t figure it out.

When you say the throttle body is good, did that include the throttle position sensor?
