The OE damper is pretty good. Ditto above on the King. Could go hydra-assist as well, requires replacing the steering gearbox, unless you want to mod it to accept the hoses, and replace the damper with hydraulic cylinder. Dethloff MFG used to carry the kits but hasn't in some time. I assume COVID-related supply chain issues. PSC carries the kits as well. Probably a small fortune to get one into country.

The OEM one has a little bit of movement before it actually does anything. When i switched min out i expected some resistance on the bolts but i unbolted it and it fell out. after i replace mine with the king damper its night and day different. pot holes or bumps off road no little jerk or deflection you will know how good the oem one actually is.

I'm still running the original OEM on mine, 35's with ~115k on the truck and it still works great.

Be careful with the "charged" style stabilizers, they can add pull if you truck is running straight now.

I run a bilstien on a synergy steering correction drag link the bilstien bracket didn’t fit because the drag link is bigger in diameter so I used the stock one with bigger u bolts

Thanks for your explain. If OE one is fine with 37 tyres i will just keep it as stock.

Yea, i would just run it with the factory one for a while and see. Then if you feel the need to upgrade you can do so later.

I replaced the steering gear because I didn’t like the oem recall solution of welding the jam nut to the adjuster nut plus the link is stronger the ends are serviceable and bigger tires puts more stress on the components nothing wrong with strength and protection unserviceable ball joints are no good in my opinion I know how to run and load a grease gun and I not afraid to crawl under my truck and use it

You mean drag link, not steering gear.

The synergy steering stuff was pricey but well worth the money the bilstien steering damper wasn’t that bad minor wrenching issues is half the fun
