My truck has about 4,400 miles so far (picked up on Labor Day weekend). Took the truck out for some light offroading around 500 miles. Afterwards, I noticed an odd vibration in the steering wheel and pedals during low rpms (driving in neighborhoods, around town).

I read MDS causes some vibrations that people complain about so I assumed it may be something to do with that. BUT, when I turn on tow/haul mode to turn off the MDS it still happened consistently. Had the tires rotated at 4k and the tech said the tires didn't need to be balanced.

Ended up getting under the truck today just to see what I could observe. To my surprise, ON TOP of the skid plate under the front suspension was a freakin boulder the size of a large apple. Since the rock was shaped like a wedge, weighing about 3-5 pounds, it just sat there and caused a ton of vibration.

I know it's a long walk to a small house, but check above those skid plates after doing some offroad work.
